3.⁠ ⁠Min 2 years of experience in retail, prefered on fashion/beauty/F&B industry

Job Description:

• Carrying out service (sales) activities and maintaining (grooming) the appearance of the shop in accordance with established service standards, systems and procedures
• Assist and recommend customers in finding products that suit their needs and preferences
• Handle customer purchase transactions in the store
• Handle customer questions, complaints and requests quickly and efficiently
• Maintain and manage stock of goods and ensure sufficient product availability in the store
• Support related division activities related to branding

Requirements:

• SMA/SMK equivalent
• Maximum 30 years
• Experience in the fashion, beauty or F&B retail sector for at least 1 year
• Have an attractive appearance that represents the product being sold
• Can operate a computer and speak basic English
• Having knowledge related to visual merchandise is an added value
• Have good communication, negotiation and approach skills
• Willing to work with a Shifting system according to mall operating hours
